Jakarta -

Presiden ke-7 RI Joko Widodo (Jokowi) menjadi saksi dalam sidang kasus fitnah ijazah dengan terdakwa Roy Suryo besok di PN Jakarta Timur hari ini. Jokowi dipastikan hadir.

"Hadir," ujar Ajudan Jokowi, AKBP Syarif Muhammad Fitriansyah saat dikonfirmasi, Kamis (5/11/2026).

Syarif menyebut Jokowi akan tiba di PN Jakarta Timur pada pagi hari. Yakni sekitar pukul 08.30 WIB.

"Jam 08.30 sudah di sana," katanya.

Sebelumnya, jaksa menyampaikan rencana pemanggilan Jokowi dan Syarif di akhir persidangan Roy Suryo. Jaksa akan memanggil Jokowi dan Syarif di sidang Roy pada Kamis (5/11).

"Mohon izin, Yang Mulia. Kami akan melakukan pemanggilan terhadap saksi atas nama Ir. H. Joko Widodo dan Syarif Muhammad Fitriansyah," kata jaksa.

"Kami memohon waktu agar disidangkan di hari yang sama dengan Tifa. Jadi penundaannya pada hari Kamis pada tanggal 5 November 2026 mengingat dengan acara keselamatan, Yang Mulia," lanjutnya.

Diketahui, Roy Suryo didakwa melakukan fitnah dan pencemaran nama baik Jokowi. Jaksa mengatakan Roy Suryo menyebarkan informasi tidak benar soal ijazah Jokowi.

Akibat perbuatannya, Roy didakwa melanggar Pasal 433 ayat (1) juncto Pasal 441 ayat (1) UU Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana subsider Pasal 35 juncto Pasal 51 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang ITE juncto UU Nomor 1 Tahun 2026 tentang Penyesuaian Pidana, Pasal 32 juncto Pasal 48 ayat (1) UU ITE juncto UU Nomor 1 Tahun 2026 tentang Penyesuaian Pidana.
