Bareskrim Polri menetapkan Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo dkk sebagai tersangka kasus penyadapan hingga illegal access yang salah satu targetnya ialah Presiden Prabowo Subianto. Polri menyatakan target penyadapan tersebut juga menyasar tokoh politik hingga media.

"Terhadap para tersangka tersebut diduga telah melakukan penyadapan tanpa prosedural atau illegal taping terhadap nomor telepon Presiden Republik Indonesia, pejabat negara, tokoh-tokoh politik, kemudian media, tokoh ormas, LSM dan para pengusaha," kata Kabareskrim Komjen Asep Safrudin dalam konferensi pers di Bareskrim Polri, Jakarta, Selasa (3/11/2026).

Tersangka lain adalah dua pati Polri, yakni Irjen Ahrie Sonta dan Irjen Eko Hadi Santoso. Dalam penyidikan, Bareskrim Polri sudah memeriksa 10 saksi hingga 3 saksi ahli.
