Gubernur DKI Jakarta Pramono Anung melantik 3.418 calon pegawai negeri sipil (CPNS) menjadi pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) DKI Jakarta. Dari jumlah tersebut, 15 orang di antaranya merupakan penyandang disabilitas.

Pelantikan dan pengambilan sumpah atau janji PNS tersebut digelar di Balai Kota Jakarta, Rabu (4/11/2026). Kegiatan ini sekaligus menandai penutupan pelatihan dasar (latsar) CPNS Pemprov DKI Jakarta tahun 2026.

"Hari ini Pemerintah DKI Jakarta melantik dari CPNS menjadi PNS untuk Pemprov DKI Jakarta yang berjumlah 3.418 dan dari 3.418 tersebut 15 adalah disabilitas," kata Pramono.

Pramono mengatakan 15 PNS penyandang disabilitas tersebut akan ditempatkan di hampir seluruh organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD) di lingkungan Pemprov DKI Jakarta.

Dia berharap ke depan formasi khusus penyandang disabilitas di lingkungan Pemprov DKI dapat terpenuhi. Menurutnya, saat ini terdapat 88 formasi yang dialokasikan untuk penyandang disabilitas.

"Mudah-mudahan ke depan disabilitas untuk ruang yang dialokasikan ada 88 formasi, mudah-mudahan di tahun mendatang bisa terpenuhi," ujarnya.

Pramono berharap para ASN muda yang baru dilantik dapat membawa perubahan bagi birokrasi di Jakarta. Terlebih, mereka telah menjalani masa percobaan dan pelatihan selama kurang lebih dua tahun.

"Saya menaruh harapan bahwa ASN Jakarta, terutama bagi yang muda-muda bisa membawa angin perubahan untuk penguatan birokrasi yang ada di Jakarta," tuturnya.

Dia juga berpesan agar para PNS baru dapat mengembangkan karier sekaligus menjalankan tugas sebagai pelayan masyarakat. Dalam kesempatan itu, Pramono mengingatkan seluruh ASN untuk menjaga integritas dan profesionalisme. Dia meminta para pegawai tidak melanggar kode etik serta bekerja secara inovatif dan responsif.

"Kepada seluruh ASN untuk terus meningkatkan kompetensi, integritas, dan akuntabilitas dalam menjalankan tugas, terutama dalam memberikan pelayanan publik. Jangan pernah melanggar kode etik," ucapnya.

Pramono juga meminta para pimpinan perangkat daerah memberikan pendampingan dan ruang pengembangan bagi PNS yang baru diangkat agar dapat mengoptimalkan potensi mereka dalam menjalankan tugas pemerintahan.
